It looks like the U.S. men’s national team has a new, bold jersey, and it could be what the team will wear at the Gold Cup come this summer.

Just as we saw the U.S. unveil new jerseys last year before the Copa America, this is rumored to be the new third jersey for the USMNT. Take a look.

The current jerseys weren’t very well-received, especially the black one. And this one doesn’t scream United States either, really. But it’s always fun to have a third jersey, and these could be worse.

Of course, they could also be better.

Nike hasn’t made an announcement on the jerseys, and neither has U.S. Soccer. This certainly looks like more than just a practice jersey, but it’s lacking some balance with too much red.

I’ve always been partial to these. Can we just bring these back?
